・お振替やご欠席をご希望の場合は、当日の朝8時までにご連絡をお願いいたします。
・振替レッスンは、欠席日から5日以降、3ヶ月以内の日程よりお選びいただけます。
・無料での振替や欠席扱いは、通塾頻度に応じた回数に限らせていただきます。
（例：週1回の受講 → 月1回まで振替可能、または欠席分を次回ご請求額から差し引き。）
・ただし、2週間前までに欠席のご連絡をいただいた場合は、回数に関係なく無料で欠席扱いとさせていただきます。

- If you wish to reschedule or notify us of an absence, please contact us by 8:00 a.m. on the day of the lesson.

- Make-up lessons can be scheduled from 5 days after the missed lesson and must be taken within 3 months.

- Free make-up lessons or excused absences are limited based on the frequency of your attendance.
(Example: For students attending once a week → 1 make-up lesson per month is allowed, or the missed lesson can be deducted from your next invoice.)

- However, if you notify us at least 2 weeks in advance, the absence will be excused without any limit on the number of times.
