International School Admission/Transfer Flow
Choice of desired school
International schools have less public information than Japanese schools, making it difficult to gather information about them.
Check seat availability
International schools do not have a fixed admission or transfer period. The school must decide whether it can afford to accept the student and whether it can accept Japanese students. You will need to confirm whether the school has the capacity to accept students and whether it is accepting Japanese students.
School visit/participation in information session
Submission of application form and other required documents
The application form is the first screening. Most international schools require the submission of an application form in English.
parent interview
Many international schools offer an interview for parents. In most cases, this interview is conducted in English. The child's interview will also be conducted in English.
Applicant Interview/Written Examination
The subjects of the written examination for inter-college transfer are English and mathematics. The mathematics examinations are also given in English.

Preliminary screening measures
We will check availability and take steps to participate in school visits/information sessions.
There is a possibility that an interview will be held without prior notice when you call to check the availability of seats, so we will prepare the parents for the screening.
Check availability
Preliminary screening (1)
We will check if the school accepts Japanese students at all.
You will need to contact the school of your choice and tell them that you're interested in applying. While you are doing so, we will help you set up an appointment to visit the school, and we will tell you when to do these things, how to actually contact the school, and how to talk to them.
School visit/information session
participation in
Preliminary examination ②
We will visit the school you are considering transferring to to see what it's like and how it operates.
We will assist you in determining what you should pay attention to on the day of your school visit or information session. We will also confirm what points to pay attention to, based on the items identified in the "Clarification of Selection Criteria" step.
Application form and other necessary documents
Obtain/Fill/Submit
First screening
We will obtain the necessary application forms and other required documents for the first step of the admissions process, fill them out and submit them to the intermediary where you wish to enroll.
[Application Form] The application form is the first screening, and for some schools, this is the only step. We will conduct practice interviews of your child, and find out his strengths that will be presented to the school to put the student in the most appealing light while staying truthful. We also prepare the application form in anticipation of the interview, as it will be referred to during the interview.
Parent interview
Second screening (1)
We will prepare the parents for the interview.
(We aim to improve your English enough to be comfortable with the English interview.)
Many international schools offer an interview for parents. In most cases, this interview is conducted in English. Our lessons are designed to help learners acquire the basic English skills necessary to be able to respond well in these interviews.
We will prepare you for the parent interview.
(Creating response templates)
We will interview the parents from various perspectives and create a baseline of answers that will be used as a basis for considering how to respond to all interview questions. We will also prepare English responses to possible interview questions based on our past experience.
We will prepare you for the parent interview.
(Mock interview practice)
We will conduct mock interviews with parents. Here, parents will practice listening to questions in English, understanding what's being asked of them, and communicating their thoughts.
Child interview/screening
Second screening②
We will prepare your child for the interview or screening process.
An international school is an all-English environment, and because of the diverse backgrounds of our students, they may have screening procedures for your child. We will not only improve your child's English skills to ensure that he/she is able to keep up with the screening process, but we will also prepare your child for the English screening process.
Admission procedure
If you are accepted, you will be required to submit the necessary documents for enrollment and pay the enrollment fee and tuition fee.
Entrance preparation
We will prepare uniforms and study materials.
We will also improve your English skills in preparation for an all-English environment.
We will help students improve their English so that they can quickly adjust to the international environment after enrollment. For example, we will improve the parents' English language skills, so that they can communicate with school teachers and other students' parents in English.
